Zoo Pumpkin Smash

This morning we went to the zoo for their annual Thanksgiving pumpkin smash. They give all the animals there own pumpkins to eat. We met Leya & Sammy there and had a great time at the zoo. I took a few pictures of my friends when we got there. Happy Thanksgiving!

Really? Although I climb really well and love to hang around, I don't think I'm part of the ape family. That's just silly!

Yo Ho, Yo Ho, a Pirate's Life for Me!

Pirates are one of my favorite things right now. I love dressing up like a pirate. Today I decided to go to school this way. Arrrggghhh!

Happy First Birthday Katie!

Today we went to Katie's first birthday party. This morning I watched Mommy finish decorating her cake. It turned out really cute. I had to make sure I got a piece that had writing, a flower and a ladybug on it.

Roger got this really big chair for his birthday earlier this month. We had fun sitting in it.

Just kidding. It's just that Andrew looks like he escaped from jail in those jammies. We were just playing with Daddy's headlamp.

Operation Christmas Child

Our church participates in Operation Christmas Child. They send Christmas gifts to kids in other countries that would not usually get a Christmas gift. They also share about Jesus Christ with the kids. This year Mommy & Daddy decided it would be good for us to fill a shoebox for a child. We decided to fill a box for a 2-4 year old boy. We went to KMart one night and I got to pick out a few toys, a card game, a toothbrush, toothpaste, some school/art supplies and a T-Shirt. We paid for our shipping on-line, so we'll get to know where our box was sent to. It will be fun to see where it ends up. I hope the boy that gets my box loves what I picked out for him. The Zoo with Marc & Micaela

Today we took Marc & Micaela to the zoo. Marc took this week off work to take care of his new daughter Micaela. She's 3 weeks old today. I like baby Micaela.

They have an amazing story. Through some friends/family they heard about a mom who was looking for a family to adopt her newborn daughter. They weren't planning on adopting right now, but decided to go meet the birth mom. She liked them, wanted them to adopt her daughter and 24 hours or so later they came home from the hospital with Micaela. Wow! Only God could have orchestrated this miracle of bringing Micaela to Marc & Shelley. It's pretty cool! Now I have a new friend.

Froggy Googly Eyes

I made these froggy hats at Grandma's church a few months ago and tonight I decided to be silly and wear it upside down, so that the froggies eyes went over mine. Then I had Andrew, Daddy and Mommy all try it. We all look pretty silly, huh?

Happy Halloween!

Today is Halloween! I got pretty excited to go Trick or Treating this afternoon. First I went with my friend Sidney around our neighborhood. Then we went to Grandpa & Grandma's house where we met Leya & Sammy and went around their neighborhood together. I had fun and took home lots of candy.

Pumpkin Patch

We went to the pumpkin patch this evening. I had fun trying to find our way through the corn maze and pumping water. We also went on a hay ride around the farm. I also enjoying playing in the hay! So fun!
