I asked Mommy today why she has to work. She said she works so that she can earn money to buy us food and clothes and pay for our house. I added "and toys for me!" I mean, really, why else would you want to work?

A Shower at Costco?

So we went to Costco tonight after dinner and when we were almost done shopping, Daddy took me to use the restroom, while Mommy checked us out. I was using the urinal and lost my balance. (Can you see where this is going?) I fell towards the urinal and the motion sensor was activated that started the water flowing, on me! Ewwwwwww!!!! Not exactly the kind of shower you want!

Daddy then proceeded to wash my hair and everything else that he could in the sink, actually sinks, because I made him use every single one. Kind of gross, but funny too. You just have to be careful when your using the restroom. Needless to say both Daddy & I took thorough showers as soon as we got home, so no worries, we're all clean now!

Swimming at Pastor Craig's House

After the gym today we went over to Pastor Craig's house to go swimming. The hot tub is a perfect size for me to swim in. They don't keep in heated, so it's not too warm for me. They'll heat it up a bit when we come over though, so it's warmer than the pool. I have started to love going to the pool recently. It's a lot of fun. I'll even jump off the diving board and go down the slide now. In a couple of weeks I'm going to take swim lessons too. It will be good to be pool safe. Then it will be even more fun.

Rock Climbing with Daddy

Today, Daddy & I went to the gym with Mommy. They have this cool climbing wall. So, while Mommy swam laps, Daddy took me over to the climbing wall. I even got to belay Daddy while he climbed. It's fun to swing on the rope too!

My New House - 412 Curious Way

This is my cool new house. Mommy & I made this house out of a big cardboard box we've had sitting around the house. I love playing in my new house. It has a door and a window. We even made a mailbox, so that I can get mail. I like getting up in the morning and finding mail for me. Mommy even drew some "paintings" inside my house to make it a home. Now we have a couple more boxes around, so I think we'll make a second story for George to sleep in.

Swimming With Shandi

Today we went over to Pastor Craig's house and his Grandaughter Shandi was over. We had fun playing in the pool together. The big palm frond almost looks like a boat! Hmmm....I wonder if I could float on it?

Pool Party at the Crawshaw's

Mommy & I went to a pool party & BBQ for our church at Pastor Craig's house today. I had so much fun playing in the pool with all the kids (& Mommy too). Then after most people had left, I sat with Shandi in the kitchen and we finished off most of the vegetables that were left. She's fun to play with (& a cutie too!).

Happy 3rd Birthday Leya!

Today we celebrated Leya's 3rd birthday. She goes to the same church that I do and was born about 7 weeks after me. Our Mommies are good friends. We had a blast playing together today. Thanks for inviting me to your party!

Reading with Opa

I got to spend the night at Opa & Nana's house tonight. Before bed Opa read me a story. He's fun to read books with. This is my favorite one right now. Thanks for having me over!

Sleeping In.....The Office?

Mommy got up this morning, saw my door was open, but the house was quiet, so she wondered what I was up to. Turns out I fell asleep in the office this morning, sometime after Daddy left for work. Just wrapped myself up in my blankets and fell asleep on the floor. Pretty funny place to sleep huh? Mommy still wonders what I was up to before I fell asleep.

No More Diapers!

No more diapers! Yippee! Yahoo! Hooray for me! I have done such a great job using the potty this past week that Mommy gave me a cool new dump truck. She showed it to me months ago and said I could have it if I stayed dry and used the potty for a whole week. It's been really hard, but I finally did it! I love wearing underwear now. No more diapers during the day for me!

Hume Lake!

We went to Hume Lake for the long holiday weekend. Our friends Shelley & Marc own a cabin up there and invited us to come up with them for the weekend. It's about a 7 hour drive up there (with stops) and I did great! I love going up to Hume. It's fun to play in the lake with my boat. We even rented a boat this year and Daddy and Marc rowed us around. They were pretty funny when they were rowing. Crazy drivers!


One evening we went to watch the staff competition and there was a backhoe nearby. Mommy didn't want me to play on it, but then other kids ending up playing on it, so she let me join them. That was the best! Someday I hope I can go to camp up here. It looks like so much fun!
